We stand behind Preppsy. If you are not satisfied with your Pro or Institution subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Subscription Renewals

• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.
• Renewal charges are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or covered by the 14-day guarantee above.
• Annual plans cancelled within 14 days are refunded in full; beyond that, we may offer a prorated refund at our discretion.

3. Free Tier

The Free tier has no charge and no refund applicability. Upgrades are optional.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your account email and purchase date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
